Policies and general infomation
We are a team of nail care professionals with high training, aspiring to make our experience at Collier Nail & Spa a satisfying one. At our salon, we follow the following policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon:
- All service are guaranteed.
- For any reason, if you are not satisfied. We will re-perform the service on the same day. No refunds will be given.
- Any health allergies/ medical conditions must be informed before service is provided. We will not be responsible for allergic reactions or burning due to wax on clients who are using medication or acne creams
- Please request prices for the additional service you wish to receive.
- Collier Nails & Spa will not remove your ingrown nails. Our technicians will only remove dry skin around your cuticles to reduce discomfort. If vou still feel uncomfortable, I would recommend seeing a podiatrist, as they are professionally trained and well-equipped to safely remove deep ingrown toenails. This falls outside our licensing as nail technicians/manicurists.
MINORS
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
SERVICE ANIMALS
- Service animals are allowed inside the salon.
WAXING POLICY
- Only the guest and the wax technician are allowed in the wax room while services are being performed
- Inform your technician if you have any change in your skin care regime or if you are using any oral or topical prescription acne medication.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION
- Appointments must be early or on time.
- We do not hold appointments. If you are late, you will be considered a walk-in.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all service
- No-shows-clients will no longer be able to book future appointments, but can walk-in.
PAYMENT We accept cash, and a mastercard or Visa card We do not acceptchecks.
